When IHG first introduced the Crowne Plaza flag, each property was designed to offer significant on-site meeting space. The objective of this project was to produce up-to-date imagery and accurate floor plans for each location to use in their day-to-day sales operations. Each property required 11 unique architectural photographs and a detailed floor plan rendered with the colors and patterns of each meeting room.
Due to the busy schedule of these spaces, all photography and floor plan documentation needed to be completed within 24 hours upon arriving at the property. Prior to each shooting day, I worked with the property manager to schedule the site-visit, understand the specific details of their location, and agree upon a list of spaces to be included. Upon arrival, I worked with the property manager and sales manager to coordinate a shooting schedule and a punchlist of requirements. Regular communication was critical to ensure the event staff had enough time to re-set each room efficiently. After each site-visit, I prepared the final image files for submission to IHG's corporate marketing team, consulted the CAD team preparing the final floor plans, and prepared all reports and the invoice.
I am available for on-site positions throughout the Chicagoland area and positions that are remote.
